Shipping policy

Showcase Hawaii uses the USPS for all deliveries.  Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within the Hawaiian Islands and 5-7 business days for delivery to the Mainland.  Even though we make every effort to make sure your package arrives at your destination on time, we have no control over what happens once it leaves our facility.  If your packages does not arrive within the designated time above please email us at: contactus@showcasehawaii.tv
